Fairfield, Conn. - Christina Patrick scored two goals, including a penalty stroke, to lead 17th-ranked UAlbany to a 3-0 win over Fairfield in America East Conference field hockey action at University Field on Saturday afternoon.

After a scoreless first half, UAlbany forward Alysia Hough scored the first goal of the game in the 45th minute, putting an unassisted shot past Fairfield goalkeeper Maddie Sposito. Patrick then converted a penalty stroke at 47:31 to give the Great Danes a 2-0 lead before finishing off scoring in the game in the 53rd minute.
