Albany, N.Y. -- State University of New York (SUNY) Chancellor Nancy Zimpher made her first visit to New York Giants Training Camp on Saturday, Aug. 8. Chancellor Zimpher and some of her family members attended the morning session on the University at Albany campus. Following practice, Giants coach Tom Coughlin presented her with an autographed helmet.

More than 4,600 fans attended Saturday's two practice sessions The Giants have shattered the five-day attendance record, as 20,085 have viewed practices since training camp opened last Monday. The previous mark had stood since 1996.
The Giants are scheduled for one workout on Sunday (Aug. 9), from 2:35-4:35 p.m. The team will take the field twice on Monday (Aug. 10) at 8:35 a.m. and 6:05 p.m.
The Giants have traveled to UAlbany for the fourteenth consecutive summer, establishing the longest period at one site in the team's training camp history. Admission is free to attend practices. An all-session training camp parking pass is $15.00. The daily parking fee is $5.00. UAlbany's Dutch Quad Lot is the primary public parking facility.
