Liberty Café - North Concourse, Empire State Plaza

Parking available under the Plaza in V Lot. Take elevator to Concourse & follow signs to North Concourse and Liberty Café.

Shuttle buses will run between Collins Circle at UAlbany and the Empire State Plaza (details to follow).
