America East Media Day Set For Tuesday, November 6

CAMBRIDGE, Mass.-- America East will hold its Men’s and Women’s Basketball Media Day on Tuesday, November 6. For the first time, Media Day will be conducted digitally and interviews will be available online at AmericaEast.com The 2007-08 Preseason Coaches’ Polls and Preseason All-Conference teams will also be announced.

Head coaches from both programs at each of the nine member institutions answered questions submitted by members of the media via videotape. America East Commissioner Patrick Nero also addressed various issues regarding the upcoming season.

The men's season tips off on Monday, November 5 as Maine takes on Richmond in the 2K Classic in Memphis, Tenn. The women's slate begins on Friday, November 9 with five teams in action.
