University of Albany Men’s Basketball Enters Mid-Major Poll at No. 25 - UAlbany Sports 2015

ALBANY, N.Y. – Out to its best regular season conference start, University at Albany men’s basketball makes its first appearance in the College Insider Mid-Major Poll this week, totaling 78 points to take No. 25. The Danes are in the midst of a Division I program-best nine-game winning streak. Will Brown’s squad has a two-game buffer for first place in the America East with an undefeated 9-0 record. This is the first time since December of 2012 the Great Danes have earned a spot in the Mid-Major poll. UAlbany is the only America East team ranked in the top-25, and one of just four hailing from the Northeast region.
